Workout days: Mon/Tues & Thur/Fri.

  • March 8 – 13 ~ 2 workouts: 12pm and 4pm
  • March 15 – 19 ~ 3 workouts: 12pm/3pm/6pm
  • March 8: Week 2 day 3 and Week 3 day 1
  • March 9: Week 3 days 2 & 3
  • March 10 – REST
  • March 11: Week 4 days 1 & 2
  • March 12: Week 4 day 3 & Week 5 day 1
  • March 13 & 14 – REST

  • March 15: Week 5 days 2 & 3 and Week 6 day 1
  • March 16: Week 6 days 2 & 3 and Week 7 day 1
  • March 17 – REST
  • March 18: Week 7 days 2 & 3
  • March 19: Week 8 days 1, 2 & 3
